WANTED: Leon Brian Whalley
Leon Whalley (08/01/1986) of no fixed address is wanted on recall to prison after he breached his licence conditions.
Whalley is a prolific offender and was sentenced in September 2008 to 12 weeks in prison for burglary and criminal damage. Following his release on 8 September 2009 he has breached his licence conditions.
