A MAN has admitted responsibility for a traffic collision that killed an Urmston man walking home after a New Year’s party.

Mohammed Mian, 31, of Gredle Close, Urmston, pleaded guilty on Monday 19 October 2009 to causing death by dangerous driving at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court.

He is due to be sentenced on 23 November 2009.

Steve Campbell, 49, died at the scene of the collision, which took place shortly before 1.20am on Thursday 1 January 2009 on Stretford Road.
